Senior Designer

Our award-winning and highly creative Gloucestershire based client is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join their ever-growing creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience from within a design/agency setting with a strong background in digital design as well as a good knowledge of print. You will need to be able to hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work to tight deadlines and have the communication and design skills to impress and inspire colleagues and clients alike!

The role will involve working on creative campaigns across all platforms which drive excitement and engage with brand messaging. You will therefore need to have a good idea of working to brand guidelines, strong typography, web design, illustration and animation skills, an excellent understanding of email best practice, the ability to confidently lead design projects from concept through to delivery and knowledge of creating UI kits and pattern libraries. In terms of technical skills, we’ll be looking for proficiency across the Adobe CC suite, strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Design (XD), Invision and protyping apps and experience of usability and interaction design, including UX and UI.

This is a full time and permanent role on offer for a salary of between £35 – 38K, depending on skills and experience, plus a range of excellent benefits and the chance to join an exciting, dynamic yet well-established organization.
