Salary: £25,000—30,000. Location: Pewsey, Wiltshire (Permanent). Reference BBBH1245

The Core Responsibilities for the post are:
*Develop and execute SEO, online marketing & social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification
*Perform keyword research to optimise existing content to uncover new opportunities
*Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
*Establish and develop the ongoing company presence on social media inc. Facebook, Twitter etc.
*Organise, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
*Create and distribute online newsletters and promotional e-mails and organise their distribution through various channels
*Be the organisational expert on SEO and social media, champion for best practice and embed social media within traditional communication channels
*Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
*Provide a clearing house for IT-related issues, referring to external service providers as required.
Person Specification
Qualifications
*Degree level
Knowledge
*Knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
*Knowledge of all social media platforms
*An understanding of SEO analytics and research platforms (e.g. Goole and Bing Webmaster Tool, Google Analytics, Google Adwords Keyword Tool etc).
*Familiarity with various third-party SEO analytics solutions such as Moz, SEMrush etc.
Experience
*Proven experience implementing successful digital marketing campaigns including SEO and use of social media
*Excellent experience, knowledge and understanding of SEO and social media, including current developments.
IT Skills
*High level of general IT competency
