We are currently looking for an Online Marketing Manager for a permanent role based in Gloucestershire. The salary for this role is circa £32,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

Key contact for all online marketing activity with responsibility of managing multiple revenue streams through the online marketing channels, including, but not limited to Paid Search (PPC), SEO, Social Media, Affiliate marketing and display advertising in line with multi-media campaigns. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Chief Operating Officer to develop the online marketing strategy.

Required Skills / Qualifications
*Astute commercial awareness by identifying opportunities and delivering
*Creative appreciation and flair
*Excellent analytical skills and proficient in the use of website analytics such as Google Analytics or similar
*Keeping up to date with current market trends and aware of new technologies.
*Creative and proactive approach to problem solving
*Having time Management skills to be able to keep up with changing deadlines and delivering work in a professional and efficient manner

Required Knowledge
*Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role, ideally e-commerce B2C retail environment
*Demonstrable hands-on experience in managing online campaigns including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display advertising and Affiliates
Key Responsibilities
*Timely planning and executing of online marketing campaigns in line with the business seasonal and promotional calendar
*On-going management and effective optimisation of campaigns, driving traffic and revenue to the transactional website
*Liaising with external agencies to maximise opportunities within Paid Search, SEO, Display Advertising and other online marketing channels
*Driving and managing the performance of display and affiliate marketing initiatives in line with marketing campaigns
*Working with the content team to align content with search objectives
*Identify, test and develop new online marketing opportunities within and outside of the current online channels
*Driving and managing ROI analysis and reporting on the target KPI’s
*Line management of two digital marketers
*Responsible for budget management of campaign spend and assist with forecasting
*Provide creative and innovative ideas in the delivery of various digital marketing projects
*Review current processes and make suggestions for improvements
*Continuously research and share the latest trends in online marketing
*Oversee Google Analytics data with an understanding of a good attribution modelling
