Our prestigious client, an independent consultancy with offices in Cirencester, is seeking an efficient Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a busy department and providing an effective PA service to the department head. This is an interesting and varied role with duties ranging from general office facilities management, HR responsibilities including supervision of support staff, administration and PA duties, database and diary management as well as financial duties such as keeping of accurate records and assisting in the filing of monthly and annual report.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a similar secretarial role, should be highly organized, with extensive diary management experience and first class communication skills including a high standard of English grammar and spelling as well as good numeracy skills with a good eye for detail. You will also need to have excellent IT skills including advanced Word, proficient Mail Merge, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and good word processing and typing skills.
This is a very attractive, full time and permanent role offering a salary of £25 – 27k pa.
