We are currently working on an exciting new opportunity with a multi-award winning IT Services company, who are looking to carry on their phase of steady growth by bringing an experienced Facilities Manager into their London office.
In this role you will work closely with HR Director and Facilities team, to provide exceptional service across all UK offices. You will be responsible for the company’s Health & Safety policy, together with building management and the day-to-day delivery of facilities operations.

Key responsibilities:
-Management of the health and safety policy for all UK sites, ensuring compliance with H&S legislation
-Building management, compliance, security and supplier management for building services
-Space planning and project management, in relation to moves and changes
-Work with HR Director to draw up budgets for the financial year, keeping an accurate record of spending against budget
-Act as a consultant on all Facilities issues
-Manage the FM service desk and FM contractors

Required skills & experience:
-Extensive experience of working within a Facilities team, in an IT / Technical environment
-Building management experience and good knowledge of dealing with floor space setups and modifications
-BIFM or relevant qualification
-Experience of Health & Safety management
-IOSH or NEBOSH qualified would be greatly beneficial
