CRM Insight Manager

Salary: £35,000—40,000. Location: Swindon, Wiltshire (Permanent). Reference BBBH1390

Our fast growing and highly innovative Swindon based technology client is seeking a data specialist with a background in marketing. You’ll be an advanced user of CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics to analyse trends and develop insight from complex b2b and b2c data in order to work with marketing and sales teams to create really relevant communications. The role is primarily focussed on lead generation, incubation and development but you’ll also be involved with sophisticated account management focused campaigns ensuring existing customers receive highly relevant information such as targeted event and product e-shots, monthly newsletters surveys and research.

In addition, you’ll be charged with the development of other digital channels such as social media, less from a content perspective but certainly on reporting and managements of lead generation. You’ll be charged with growing all social media activities; interacting with customers, prospects and communities across our social media platforms to develop networks and engagement in key channels. In addition, you’ll devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

The company are keen to understand and utilise their existing data better and face significant future challenges as the data sets they use become larger and more complex. The perfect candidate for this role is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of the existing unction and add to and improve the data in the future leading to best of breed data utilisation.
