Client Service Project Manager

Salary: £24,000—38,000. Location: London (Permanent). Reference BBBH1231

Experienced project manager required to join well established thriving agency environment in central London. As the key day to day contact for your client, you shall keep them informed at all times during the project lifecycle responding to all enquiries and ensuring they are satisfied at all times through the process. You will be a natural relationship builder and be skilled at interpreting the client’s brief and then communicating it to your support team ready for action and delivery. As a born organiser, you will thrive on having everything under control at all times for your client to ensure maximising efficiency. You will relish finding ways to cost save for your client and be adept at identifying opportunities for strategic purchasing initiatives or ways to sell other products and services to clients. This role requires a natural problem solver, someone who can support on implementing change, when necessary and someone who can look beyond the initial request to suggest better ways of working to ensure productivity.

Agency experience is a must with a thorough understanding of how all departments run to include print, production, purchasing and operations.
