Client Partner
Salary: £50,000—70,000 + benefits. Location: Gloucestershire (Permanent). Reference BBBH1292
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Partner to join our award winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds to provide clear and sound leadership that will enable the business to develop outstanding relationships with their clients businesses. In return a salary of between £50 – 70K is on offer plus a number of great benefits such as a contributory pension scheme, discounted leisure centre membership, staff socials and more.
Key areas and responsibilities include:
1.To lead your client service team, acting as the senior client relationship driver across a diverse client group, delivering a strategic approach that achieves and exceeds income targets and delivers a clear point of view, an exceptional client service and creative thinking. This will involve acting as the senior day to day contact for a number of clients, developing and delivering a clear vision for strategic development for each of your accounts, achieving and exceeding annual targets for each account, working with internal departments to deliver a creative product of the highest standards and thus delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
2.To build, maintain, inspire and nurture your client service department in a professional manner. This will involve taking responsibility for the team, training, monitoring, staff reviews, recruitment and overall to lead and inspire, acting as a role model and mentor being seen as a visionary, decision maker and constructive problem solver.
3. As a member of the senior management team to proactively lead and contribute to the ongoing vision of the business, furthering its development and health. To be responsible for the profitable running of the client service department, ensuring that resource levels match contracted levels or the potential growth of the client.
To be considered for this this role we are looking for someone with the following knowledge, skills and experience:
*An industry heavyweight with at least 8 year’s marketing industry experience
*Proven track record in leading integrated ttl campaigns for blue chip brands
*Proven experience of growing income in an agency environment across a variety of blue chip clients
*Strategic thinker with an excellent understanding of key industry influences and the ability to apply this thinking to a variety of clients and businesses
*Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to operate at a senior and strategic level with key clients
*Proven success at driving business change
*Excellent people manager with an ability to inspire, motivate, mentor and build commitment
*A natural networker with an understanding of where the business needs to be visible.
