Account Manager – Client Services – Cotswolds
A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic account manager to join our award-winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds.
The ideal candidate will come with experience from within a multi-channel agency environment and with a good understanding of the agency process, from taking a client’s brief through to campaign delivery. This is a permanent and full-time role offering a salary of between £23 – 25K pa, dependent on experience, plus a range of excellent benefits.
The role will involve working on fast-paced client accounts and will require the management of end-to-end multi-discipline creative and/or data driven campaigns in collaboration with colleagues on the team and across the agency in order to achieve the best possible result on behalf of the client. You will be required to work to tight deadlines, communicate and prioritize effectively, ensure procedures are adhered to and processes followed whilst acting as a brand guardian on behalf of the clients and helping to ensure that all campaigns are successfully completed on time and to budget.
We’ll be looking for candidates with relevant agency experience and a track record of having successfully worked on large, multi-channel brand campaigns with experience of end to end direct- or email campaign delivery. You will need to be an excellent communicator, an effective multi-tasker with a positive, hands-on approach and very good organizational skills. It is essential you have a passion for CRM and customer engagement.
