Exciting opportunity with a top digital agency based in Cheltenham, for an experienced Studio Trafficker to join their dynamic and fast-growing team.

You will play a key role within the business, and will lead and direct all production staff in the project development team, ensuring the team adheres to set quality standards.

Main duties:
– Responsible for all project development operations, including staff supervision and work production
– Responsible for creating a workflow structure and reviewing daily work schedules
– Direct activities of project developers to ensure projects are completed on-time and in-budget
– Responsible for budget and controls
– Participating in the company’s new business efforts
– Supporting the account management ream by scoping, costing and estimating projects.
– Keep up with new digital technologies

Required skills and experience:
– Previous experience within a Digital Agency – essential
– Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
– Proven project management experience
– Interest in digital technologies
