Our Bristol based client, a top preforming, award winning digital agency within the entertainment and video games sector is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their talented team. The role will be working on one of their key accounts within the gaming industry at an international level and will require a dynamic Senior Account Manager with excellent relationship and project management skills and the experience to deliver successful, high quality creative campaigns via multimedia digital, social and video channels.

Reporting to the Account Director the Senior Account Manager will be tasked with managing the day to day client-agency relationship whilst ensuring that all their projects are seamlessly managed and delivered on time and to budget. This will involve managing a team of Account Managers, leading internal creative briefings, reviewing and challenging creative work, ensuring internal processes are followed, leading client presentations and working closely with the client ensuring a good awareness of their needs and making the most of all growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will come with proven Account Management experience at a senior level from within a creative agency environment and excellent knowledge of multimedia digital, social and video platforms and delivering campaigns across these channels coupled with an understanding of, and interest in, the video games industry. You will be used to managing creative projects whilst keeping in close touch with your client and ensuring their work is delivered to satisfaction, time and budget. We’ll therefore be looking for excellent project management and organisational skills as well as very good relationship building and team management skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team whilst being a good problem solver. You will need to be a great communicator, commercially and creatively astute in order to manage project finances and deliver great, creative work.

This permanent and full-time role is on offer for a salary of around £35K pa, plus attractive company benefits and the prospect of getting to work within a highly innovative and exciting industry.
