Salary: £25,000—33,000. Location: Gloucestershire (Permanent). Reference BBBH854

Senior Account Manager required to join a thriving agency environment in the Cirencester area.
A strong background in sales and marketing is essential with a proven track record of account management where you will have built trusting relationships and maintained them over time. The majority of your day will be spent speaking with a select number of clients over the telephone so exceptional telephone manner and ability to build rapport and be empathetic to your client’s needs is key.
Commercial awareness is intrinsic to this role as is a good understanding of how the marketing function sits within a business.
You will be highly organised, a team player with a positive attitude and possess exceptional listening skills. This is a phone orientated position therefore a talent for engaging with clients over the phone and strong empathy skills are paramount.
