A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with experience of delivering IT and digital projects to join our fast paced, highly driven and award-winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. Key to the role will be the successful management, planning and scheduling of internal and third-party resources to meet and exceed client expectation. This is a permanent and full-time role on offer for an attractive salary of up to £40K pa, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits and the chance to become part of an organisation which is highly successful and will always seek to push the boundaries and exceed expectations.

In a nutshell, day to day responsibilities will involve working with internal teams and clients to define project requirements, creating project plans, managing all operational aspects of a project, ensuring all stakeholders are on track and delivery is on time and to budget, facilitating status meetings and Quality Assurance. Key to the role will be the ability to gain an in-depth understanding of a client’s requirements, aims, business and market in order to come up with the right, creative yet commercial solutions for clients whilst also having the experience and skills to manage and deliver successful projects, pushing them through the agency to achieve a successful outcome.

The ideal candidate will come with proven experience of project management within a creative/digital marketing environment and good knowledge and experience of using agile and waterfall methodologies. With multiple projects always on the go you will need to be a multitasker, with exceptional organisational and strong communication skills, both written and spoken, whilst being highly motivated with great problem-solving skills.
