Our Cheltenham based client is looking for an organised, self-motivated and proactive Product Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of consumer product development experience, a creative flair and an eye for good design.

Offering a salary of between £24 – 28K, the role involves ultimate responsibility for selected seasonal product development and assistance in the effective season to season growth of the product category. As part of this you will be taking briefs and managing the requirements of the account management team whilst working closely with the in-house design team, effectively briefing concepts and artwork to generate innovative but commercial product. It will also require close collaboration with the in-house technical team to deliver safe and ethically sourced product whilst still delivering a commercial product and effectively collaborate with the supply base to ensure product standards, keeping to agreed margins as well as the meeting of set deadlines. Attendance at trade shows and some travel within the UK as well as abroad will be required.
