New Product Administrator

Salary: £20,000—25,000. Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (Permanent). Reference BBBH1106

Due to rapid expansion, our Cheltenham based client is looking to recruit a new product administrator to help with the administration and project management behind their many new exciting brands and innovate products.

Reporting to the New Product Development Manager, you will control and take ownership of administering new products from the final design through to their first production – liaising with suppliers, printers, designers and packaging suppliers.

Role includes but not limited to:
*Collating information for label production briefs (for artwork to be prepared) – back label text, legal information etc
*Agreeing critical path of timings with the supplier
*Processing artwork with label printers & managing proof approvals by manager/designer within required timescales
*Completion of packaging specification
*Approval of label proofs for minor changes
*Organising mock ups
*Organising photography & registering brands on digital platform
*Registering of trademarks online
*Assistance with admin side of PR/digital/social media campaign
*To be responsible for completion of new line forms (Internal & External)
*Saving final artwork files and approved proofs on the shared drive to ensure all folders are current & up to date
*Following up with printers
*Potentially look after the admin side of exclusive new products for retailers once fully trained

The ideal candidate will have a very high attention to detail and good organisational skills to be able to work to tight deadlines and work on multiple projects. Previous knowledge of liaising with printing manufacturers would be ideal but is not essential.

Salary -up to £25k based on experience
