Our prestigious client with offices in Oxford is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Team Secretary to provide an efficient support service and marketing support to their residential sales team. This will suit candidates with 2+ years of experience from within a similar role involving the co-ordination of marketing activities as well as team administration, secretarial support and diary management. In turn, this full time and permanent role offers an attractive salary of up to £25K pa (dependent on experience) plus excellent company benefits.
What will the role involve?
This is a very interesting and varied role involving on the one hand the provision of secretarial and admin support to the team including diary management, answering the telephone and greeting visitors, managing reception when necessary, liaising with applicants and vendors, arranging property viewing and general office administration including producing PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and typing up of minutes, memos, letters, etc. On the other hand, it will also involve acting as marketing coordinator by liaising with the regional press and central PR team with regards to providing property details, managing local and national advertising, producing brochures, managing office promotional material and preparing marketing collateral.
What skills and experience are required?
We’ll be looking for candidates with experience from within a similar role, ideally with some experience of marketing coordination a well as secretarial or administrative experience with good numeracy and very good spoken and written English language and communication skills. You will need to have strong IT skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and come with a flexible and motivated approach and excellent organizational and time management skills.
