Brand Marketing Manager
Do you fancy spearheading the next phase of international market penetration for an innovative company with a fantastic niche? This is a belting opportunity for a brand focused strategic marketeer who is looking for their next career challenge. Help take this exciting established apparel brand into international markets majoring on retail and B2C whilst maintaining traction in selected B2B sectors.
Provide leadership in all operational marketing activities and assist in creating company wide brand strategy.
Principal responsibilities
Support the strategic direction of the business by prepare Marketing Plan and associated budgets
Coordinate all marketing activities
Responsible for the creation and consistency of brand
Drive B2B sales activity through metric led strategy
End consumer marketing driving B2B and B2C sales
Market Research
Locate best platforms and identify channels for use to create brand awareness and develop customer relationships
Produce valuable, engaging website content
Full control of the marketing budget
Measure progress and report on performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assess against goals

You will need:
A broad understanding in all areas of marketing and a degree in Marketing or a related field.
Demonstrable influence with a strong brand, ideally an Internationally recognised B2C brand
The ability to identify target audiences and the ability to creatively devise leading cross channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
The ability to set up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong levels of numeracy
A definite sense of aesthetics, a knack for creating interesting and chatty communication
A natural interest in the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
