Our client, a rapidly growing and highly ambitious company based in North Oxfordshire is seeking a skilled Junior to Mid level Digital Designer to join their friendly and fun team. Key to the role will be the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital work ranging from emails, banners, mobile/tablet apps to creating short animations for their social platforms.

The ideal candidate will come with some experience of designing cutting-edge websites, apps, interfaces and/or digital campaigns. The role will involve taking projects through the full lifecycle from brief and pitch through to usability and build and working from simple scamps or interactive wireframe and turning these into a digital campaign or website layout.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a similar role – agency experience preferred
*Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (this could include Flash, After Effects and Illustrator)
*Knowledge/understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred
*Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures
*The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others
*Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture
*Articulating and presenting creative ideas to the wider team
*An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and highly considered visual executions
*High attention to detail
*Excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
*Positive can-do attitude
