This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Graphic Designer with 3 to 4 years’ experience under their belt to join our client, a fast-paced and rapidly growing start-up company based in West Oxfordshire. This permanent and full time role offers a salary of between £25 -30K pa (depending on experience), plus excellent benefits including social engagement programmes, private medical health insurance and life assurance, to name but a few.

In collaboration with internal team members the successful candidate will be responsible for artwork and developing ideas and solutions in relation to website maintenance and design, the design and updating of marketing literature, designing eShots and online adverts, in-house marketing collateral and other promotional material.

We’ll be looking for candidates with 3 – 4 years of web design as well as offline graphic design experience, ideally backed up by a degree-level design related qualification and proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). You should have the ability to design new material in line with the target audience, have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy along with a creative flair and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
