An exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Planner to join our award winning client based in the Cotswolds on a contract or temp to perm basis. Key to the role will be to deliver ‘data planning expertise’ by working closely with internal client teams and the clients themselves to assess their available and accessible data from a variety of platforms in order to be able to use it for the client’s competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate will be a data expert, with good knowledge of CRM, Loyalty and digital data. You will need to be able to understand the client’s infrastructure to ensure that all usable data is being interrogated and analyzed and advise on good practices in relation to data quality and collection. On a wider scale you will also need to be able to gain a good understanding of the client’s industry sectors, developments in the market place and the client’s marketing strategy.

We’ll be looking for candidates with relevant industry experience within Data Planning, CRM, Loyalty and digital data as well as customer journey mapping. Knowledge of data oriented techniques, experience of working with broad unstructured data sources and solid knowledge and experience of SPSS and SQL will be essential. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels, very good attention to detail and come with an energetic, determined, yet easy going and team work orientated approach.
