Our award-winning client is on the hunt for an exceptional Account Manager to join their small (but perfectly formed) team.

Our client seeks someone who can confidently enter the fast paced Agency environment and hit the ground running. This role would therefore be well suited to an individual with around 2 – 3 years’ experience in a PR, marketing or communications role. Ideally, this experience would have been gained within an agency although we welcome applicants who have worked in-house with excellent writing skills from a general comms background.

As well as reporting to and supporting the Directors in all activities, you will be responsible for identifying new ways to generate income from existing accounts whilst pitching in to identify, research and win new clients.

A solid understanding of both print, online media and social media platforms is fundamental to the success of this role. Ideally you will have worked with as many as possible of local, regional, national and trade press.

You must demonstrate strong writing skills in order to ensure that the Agency’s service is being delivered above and beyond the client’s expectations, whilst contributing to the successful and profitable business. What would be extremely attractive to our client, would be excellent project management skills, able to prioritise workload and multi task whilst maintaining high standards.

Salary £23 – 27.5k per annum

A full, clean UK driving license is required for this role
